This is a great opportunity for us to introduce our city and the array of services available to you, to make organizing your trip to “The Fairest Cape” for the O50’s CWC, as seamless and as stress-free as possible.
The hotels which have been carefully chosen and contracted with, are all conveniently located in the city with quick access to the major freeways leading in and out of the city for match and practice days, as well as The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
All hotels are contracted from 01 March 2023 – 31 March 2023, but dates on either side can be secured.

All Hotels are on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
All Apartments & Aparthotels are on Apartment Only basis. – No Breakfast Included.

Our Booking System is setup as 1 Room / 1 Reservation. – Teams are encouraged to look at the accomodation on offer, then contact our reservations for their Block Bookings.
TEAMS will be given preference for the Block Booking of their TEAM ROOMS (min 8 rooms), up to31 August 2022, at which time the rooms will be available on a free-sale (first come, first serve) basis.

Block Bookings for Team Rooms, are to be made with our Reservations Team.
On making a booking, please note that a 25% deposit will be required to block off the Team Rooms, with final payment to be made 60 days prior to arrival date. Payments can be made either by credit or debit cards or an electronic funds transfer.

25 % on 15 September.
25 % on 15 November.
25 % on 10 January, as the Final Accommodation Payment Due.
