All Tours are conducted by SATOUR registered tourist guides, in comfortable air-conditioned vehicles and/or luxury coaches.
German, French & Spanish as well as other foreign language guides are available for multilingual tours.
All our vehicles are insured substantially for passenger liability.
Bookings can be made 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
We also offer: Self drive packages, Personalised tours, Private tours, Incentive Group Tours & Conference Packages.
In South Africa, check-in in the hotels takes place from 14h00 and check out before 11h00 in the morning.
All tours are subject to a minimum number of passengers. All tour, flight and accommodation bookings & prices are subject to availability and also subject to change.
All tour departure & arrival times are approximate.
All tours due to high volume of tour bookings, some tours may have to be outsourced.
Luggage & personal possessions are carried at your own risk.
Sisonke Tourism Services accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or personal possessions of passengers.
Please ensure that valuables & travel documents are kept safe at all times.
All tour prices are V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) inclusive – V.A.T. is non-refundable on all tours.
American Express, Master & Visa credit cards welcome. – Card Processing Fees are for the Clients Account.
Cash payments are to be made in South African Rands unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Full payment is to be made in advance to Sisonke Tourism Services.
For overnight tours and large group bookings: A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the tour is required upon booking if booked 30 to 20 days in advance – if booked 19 to 7 days in advance – 75% – if booked within 7 to 0 days – 100% deposit is required.
OUR GENERAL CANCELATION POLICY
Free Cancellations:
Up to 100% of your Accommodation and Transport Reservations can be cancelled without Penalty up to 121 days Prior to Arrival.
Cancellation Fees Applicable for:
Any Cancellations, Amendments and Reductions of Rooms and Vehicles between 120 to 90 days prior to arrival, a 25% cancellation fee of the full anticipated stay will be charged.
Any Cancellations, Amendments and Reductions of Rooms and Vehicles between 89 to 61 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee of the full anticipated stay will be charged.
Any Cancellations, Amendments and Reductions of Rooms and Vehicles between 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, a 75% cancellation fee of the full anticipated stay will be charged.
Any Cancellations, Amendments and Reductions of Rooms and Vehicles between 29 days or less prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee of the full anticipated stay will be charged.
All no shows (non-arrivals) will be liable for 100% of the Full Anticipated Stay Value.
There will be No Refunds or Credits issued on unused Rooms or Services, unless such cancellation/s are effected outside of the Cancellation Fee Liability Period.
Any Cancellation fees charged to Sisonke Tourism Services for breach of Cancellation Policies by its Suppliers,( Hotels and Wheels) due to non adherence to T&C’s, will be passed on.
Any Refunds on Unused services will be at the descretion of Management where posible.
